Organization of industrial and logistics activities

 M2C ensures the design of area projects industrial and logistics.
  Once the project has been designed: 
• either it is carried directly by M2C , 
• either it is transferred to a project company who pilots the project from its realization to its final marketing (project company mono-zone or multi-zone for projects small size with single shareholders)  At the same time, asset holding companies finance the constructions and carry the assets (land + buildings) projects intended for rental, through an investment agreement  
M2C provides the layout and then the marketing of the area, on behalf of the asset holder, unless otherwise specified by the shareholder pact  Management of the area is outsourced to a dedicated central management company.
